Renesas RA2E1是RA系列基礎級單芯片微控制器,根據(jù)48MHzArm? Cortex?-M23核心,具備高至128kB代碼閃存芯片及其16kB的SRAM。RA2E1微控制器選用優(yōu)化的制造和Renesas 電子的低耗能生產(chǎn)工藝,是行業(yè)內(nèi)頂級能力的超低功耗微控制器。RA2E1微控制器兼容1.6V至5.5V的寬工作電壓范圍和各種封裝,如LQFP、QFN、LGA、BGA和WLCSP。RA2E1能與RA2E1微控制器管腳和外部設備兼容,特別適合于電源供電技術應用及其空間受到限制技術應用,以及其它需要高性能和低耗能系統(tǒng)。
